This Privacy Notice has been updated as of June 24, 2023 for YT individually and on behalf of its affiliates.

YT's Consumer Privacy Notice applies to all consumer information, including personal information, that YT collects and uses. 

YT may collect information about its consumers from a variety of sources, including information that we collect directly from you (such as name, address, email address, date of birth, gender, transaction information, and in some cases, credit card information). Consumer information may be collected in the course of the following activities, including but not limited to:

Join a YT Email club;

Buy a YT-branded gift card;

Visit a YT site, use a GRNA mobile app, or view GRNA online ads;

Dine at YT restaurants; or

Participate in a YT-sponsored marketing survey, promotion, or event.

In addition, YT may collect information about its consumers from commercially available sources. 

YT uses the collected information for commercial purposes, such as providing requested services and services provided to its consumers. 

We do not sell personal information to marketing companies outside of GRNA.  However, we may share information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations under the law or with government authorities. 

This website is not intended for, or intended for use by children under the age of 13, and GRNA does not knowingly obtain information from children without parental consent in accordance with applicable laws, such as the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act.  GRNA does not knowingly use Personal Information from children for any purpose other than to provide products designed to provide family services. If you believe that we have inadvertently collected information from your child, or if you have questions or concerns about our practices with children, please notify GRNA, Attn: Marketing Dept., PO Box 165165, Irving, TX 76016.  In addition, GRNA does not knowingly collect information from minors under the age of 21.

The use of cookies is standard on the internet, and many large websites use them.
